3. Contact Form
If you contact us via the inquiry form, we process the data you enter: name, work email address, company, the services you are interested in, a description of your project, an estimated budget range and, if provided, your role and timeline. This data is stored in our database on servers in Germany (see section 2) and forwarded to our team by email so we can respond to your inquiry.

4. AI Chat Assistant
Our website offers an AI-based chat assistant. When you use it, the text of your messages, the generated replies, a randomly generated session ID and the language setting of the website are processed.
To generate replies, your messages are transmitted to our AI provider Mistral AI SAS, Paris, France. Mistral AI processes the data on our behalf within the European Union on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. Your messages are not used by us or by the provider to train AI models.
In addition, chat messages and replies are stored in our database on servers in Germany in order to answer follow-up inquiries and to improve the quality of the assistant. Chat logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for these purposes, at the latest after 12 months.
If you choose to send a conversation to our team, the conversation is stored and forwarded together with the contact details you enter and is processed like an inquiry via the contact form (see section 3).
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication, answering inquiries and improving our service) and, where your request concerns a potential project, on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time (Article 21 GDPR). Use of the chat assistant is voluntary. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.
