The challenge
Legal and governance data about the group’s entities was maintained in several enterprise systems, with no single source of truth.
Changes to that data needed a controlled, traceable process with clear responsibilities, instead of ad-hoc requests and manual updates in each system.
Our approach
We designed and delivered the production MVP of a Governance Hub: a browser-based portal where entity data is maintained, changes are requested and approved according to RACI roles, and every step is recorded in an immutable audit trail.
Behind the portal, a Python FastAPI backend runs the workflow engine, role enforcement and audit logging on PostgreSQL, with sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID.
An integration hub on Azure Functions executes approved changes in Salesforce, Sitecore, Advantex ERP and QuoTex, with validation, data mapping, retries and technical logging.
